General terms and conditions<\/h1>\r\n\r\n

1. VALIDITY<\/h2>\r\n
Our quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of submission. Acceptance of the quotation will be understood as the moment of approval by the client via email or with the payment of the first agreed instalment. Once the development of the project is underway, the client may not exceed a period of more than 2 months to send the feedback document to the agency for the work presented. If this period of time is exceeded, when the client reactivates the project, the agency will present a new budget to continue with the development of the project.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

2. INVOICING AND PAYMENTS<\/h2>\r\n \r\n

WEB PROJECTS<\/h4>\r\n

50% at the time of acceptance of the quotation.<\/li>\r\n
25% once the design has been approved, prior to web programming.<\/li>\r\n
25% once the project has been approved, before publishing to the client's server.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n\r\n
FOR OTHER DESIGN PROJECTS<\/h4>\r\n

50% On acceptance of the quotation.<\/li>\r\n
50% On completion of work.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n\r\n
FOR MONTHLY FEE<\/h4>\r\n
Monthly fee payments are made on the 1st of each month, in advance of the month of work, the fee covers the work to be carried out in the coming month. With the exception of the first month, payment will be made on the day the work begins.<\/p>\r\n
The amount of the investment made in Google or other companies such as Facebook... to carry out the Google Ads or Social Ads campaigns... will be charged to the client's account directly by the companies (Google, Facebook, ...).<\/p>\r\n
Our contracts have a minimum duration of 3 months. The client can terminate the collaboration at any time, but only with one month's notice.<\/p>\r\n

Vandelay reserves the right to temporarily cancel the project if any of the payments are delayed for more than 15 days.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
3. CONTENT DELIVERY<\/h2>\r\n
In case of delivery of content by the customer, Vandelay is not responsible for the intellectual rights and veracity of the content, as well as the corrections of the texts sent by the customer.<\/p>\r\n
Vandelay reserves the right to modify the times set out in this document in the event of late delivery of content by the customer.<\/p>\r\n
If the publication of the website is delayed from the agreed work schedule by more than 30 days due to the client's causes, Vandelay will terminate the project and the client will have to pay the outstanding fees.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
4. CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS<\/h2>\r\n
In the design phase, all the changes requested by the client will be implemented in the document delivered to Vandelay after reviewing the design presented in PDF, understanding the design proposal as definitive. In the programming phase, all the changes requested by the client will be implemented in the document delivered to Vandelay after the programming review. In this phase, neither design nor structure changes will be implemented, but programming and functionality changes will be implemented.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
5. HOSTING<\/h2>\r\n
If Vandelay has to publish the website on a server provided by the client, and this server has problems in the publication that require our separate action, we will invoice the hours allocated for this purpose. The publication of the website on our recommended server, Ionos, is included in the budget.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
6. GUARANTEE<\/h2>\r\n
Once the website has been published on your hosting, the client has a two-month guarantee period to inform us of any possible incidents.
