Ya sea en su forma m\u00e1s tradicional como servicio posventa o, lo que se ve cada vez m\u00e1s, como una serie de estrategias de segmentaci\u00f3n de contenido que busca una profunda fidelizaci\u00f3n e identificaci\u00f3n de marca, el email marketing no deja de reinventarse, ni de crecer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a un estudio publicado en <em>Statista<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a><\/em> a finales del 2021, el mercado global del email marketing se valu\u00f3 en 7,5 mil millones de d\u00f3lares en 2020, y se pronostica que pasara la barrera de los 10 mil millones de d\u00f3lares para 2023. Entonces, \u00bfc\u00f3mo puedes subirte a la ola del email marketing?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Define a tu audiencia:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Como en todo aspecto de cualquier rama del marketing, conocer a tu audiencia es absolutamente fundamental. Debes saber a qui\u00e9n le est\u00e1s escribiendo en un nivel mucho m\u00e1s profundo que simples datos geogr\u00e1ficos o etarios: debes saber qu\u00e9 le gusta, qu\u00e9 redes sociales utiliza, cu\u00e1les son sus intereses, lo qu\u00e9 le apasiona. Solo as\u00ed podr\u00e1s enviar contenido relevante que conecte con tus clientes al punto de que, idealmente, esperaran con ansias tu pr\u00f3ximo correo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Suscribirse debe ser f\u00e1cil:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Y tambi\u00e9n debe serlo darse de baja. Ambos casos (la suscripci\u00f3n y la des-suscripci\u00f3n) giran en torno a lo mismo: cada vez es m\u00e1s importante para los usuarios y clientes tener control sobre sus datos y sus contenidos. As\u00ed, a la hora de suscribirse, hay que asegurarse de pedir la menor cantidad de datos posible (lo ideal: el nombre y el correo); a su vez, es una buena pr\u00e1ctica incluir al final de cada correo la opci\u00f3n de dejar de recibirlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ac\u00e9rcate a tus clientes (pero no tanto):<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Personalizar tus campa\u00f1as de email marketing puede llegar mucho m\u00e1s lejos que simplemente segmentar qu\u00e9 correos recibe cada grupo determinado de clientes: etiquetas de nombres, ofertas y descuentos especiales en fechas de cumplea\u00f1os, recomendaciones de productos, y avisos personalizados (de abandono de carrito, por ejemplo), entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero es importante trazar una l\u00ednea y no pasarse, porque si llevamos la personalizaci\u00f3n demasiado cerca del cliente, puede volver extra\u00f1o y terminar por generar rechazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Automatiza tu estrategia de email marketing:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En todo negocio la consistencia es, m\u00e1s que la clave del \u00e9xito, su requisito m\u00e1s b\u00e1sico. Hoy en d\u00eda abundan las herramientas para automatizar los correos que enviamos a los clientes. Una campa\u00f1a de email marketing correctamente automatizada garantiza confianza y, a su vez, una imagen de seriedad y garant\u00eda, en el cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mide tus resultados:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mide, mide y mide. La realidad es que, si no mides tus resultados, estar\u00e1s trabajando a ciegas. Debes poder determinar en cada campa\u00f1a de email marketing qu\u00e9 es lo que funciona e, igual de valioso, qu\u00e9 es lo que no: qu\u00e9 asuntos, qu\u00e9 remitentes, qu\u00e9 botones, qu\u00e9 forma de contenido, qu\u00e9 largo de textos, qu\u00e9 fechas y qu\u00e9 horarios, todo lo que puedas medir te ayudara a afinar tus campa\u00f1as para lograr tasas cada vez m\u00e1s altas de \u00e9xito, traducido en ventas y en fidelizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo pronto, no parece que email marketing vaya a dejar de crecer: es una herramienta sumamente efectiva con un costo de inversi\u00f3n relativamente bajo.
