General Conditions

1. VALIDITY
Our quotes are valid for 15 days from submission. Quote acceptance will be deemed final upon client approval via email or payment of the agreed-upon first installment. Once the project is underway, the client may not exceed two months from the date of submission to send the feedback document to the agency. If this period is exceeded, when the client reactivates the project, the agency will submit a new quote to continue its development.

2. BILLING AND PAYMENTS FOR WEB PROJECTS
50% at the time of acceptance of the budget.
25% once the design is approved, before the
web programming.
25% once the project is approved, before
publish to the client server.
FOR OTHER DESIGN PROJECTS
50% Upon acceptance of the budget.
50% Upon completion of work.

FOR MONTHLY FEE
Monthly fee payments are made on the 30th of each month, in advance of the work month. The fee covers the work we will perform in the following month. This is the exception for the first month, when payment will be made on the start date of the work.
The amount of the investment made in Google or other companies like Facebook… to carry out Google Ads or Social Ads campaigns… will be charged to the client's account directly by the companies (Google, Facebook, etc.).

There is no mandatory contract duration. The client may terminate the collaboration at any time, providing they only need to give one month's notice.

Payment method: Bank transfer

Vandelay reserves the right to temporarily cancel the project if any payment is delayed for more than 15 days.

3. DELIVERY OF CONTENT
In the event that content is submitted by the client, Vandelay is not responsible for the intellectual property rights and veracity of the content, nor for any corrections to texts submitted by the client.
Vandelay reserves the right to modify the delivery times established in this document in the event of a delay in content delivery by the client.
If the website's publication is delayed by more than 30 days from the agreed work schedule due to client reasons, Vandelay will terminate the project and the client will be required to pay any outstanding fees.

4. CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
In the design phase, all changes requested by the client will be implemented in the document submitted to Vandelay after reviewing the PDF design, with the design proposal considered final. In the programming phase, all changes requested by the client will be implemented in the document submitted to Vandelay after reviewing the programming. No design or structural changes will be implemented in this phase, but programming and functionality changes will be implemented.

5. HOSTING
If Vandelay needs to publish the website on a server provided by the client, and the server encounters publishing issues that require our separate intervention, the hours spent will be billed. Publishing the website on our recommended server, Ionos, is included in the quote.

6. WARRANTY
Once the website is published on their hosting, the client has a two-month warranty to notify us of any issues. Modifications made by the client themselves or commissioned by third parties void the warranty on the entire project.
